Operator and scope
These terms are between you and Darren Bewley trading as REVMAPPED, 50 Furness Avenue, St Helens, WA10 6QE, United Kingdom. Contact support@revmapped.com. Version 24 September 2026. They cover the website and invited Android/iOS beta. The privacy notice explains personal-information use separately; agreeing to these terms is not blanket consent to data processing.
Eligibility and account access
Use your own authorised account, provide accurate information needed for the service, and keep passwords and personal invitation links private. Tell support promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You may log out without deleting your saved data. Do not use another person’s account or evade an access restriction.
Free beta and future purchases
This beta is free. Pro features are temporarily included without a subscription, payment or Founder allocation. Beta access does not purchase a future licence, promise a launch date, or guarantee that a feature will remain free after testing. We will explain any move to a paid offering before asking you to buy; there is no automatic conversion or charge. Approved beta testers receive one calendar year of Pro from public launch, without automatic billing. Optional Founders purchases provide Pro and future Pro updates for as long as REVMAPPED operates, with no recurring subscription, renewal or upgrade charges. Buying is not required for the tester reward.
Prices and consumer purchase rights
Current advertised prices are Free £0; Pro £3.99 monthly or £29.99 yearly; Founders Lifetime £19.99 one-off, with 500 total numbered memberships including 10 free gifts. Website pre-order terms state the early-access timing, lifetime benefits and refund promise; store-specific purchase details apply when native store sales become available. Store-localised pricing and the specific purchase details must be shown before any future order. Billing period, renewal, cancellation, restoration, applicable withdrawal/refund rights and the scope of any lifetime licence must be provided before a paid purchase is enabled. These beta terms do not waive those rights or authorise a recurring payment. Consumer rights required by law remain intact.
What the beta provides
REVMAPPED provides ride recording, estimated telemetry and supported account/connected tools in a developing test version. Features may contain defects, be unavailable or change as testing progresses. Keep a separate copy of important exports and do not treat the app as your only record. We will use reasonable care and skill and will not misdescribe known limitations. Where reasonably practicable we will explain material service changes or planned beta closure and give an opportunity to export accessible data; urgent security, legal or safety action may be necessary sooner.
Safe use
Set up, type, review and respond only when safely parked. Do not handle the phone or let the interface distract you while riding. Secure any mount, follow manufacturer instructions, and keep lawful control of the motorcycle. The app is not a safety-critical, medical, emergency-dispatch or professional vehicle-inspection service. Do not rely on it to detect a crash or call for help. Contact emergency services directly when needed and safe to do so. Read /safety for feature limitations.
Telemetry, route and weather limits
Phone-based lean, motion, GPS timing and performance are estimates affected by sensors, mounting, calibration, signal and conditions. They do not establish roadworthiness, a safe speed, fault in an incident or race-grade measurements. Performance testing is only for suitable lawful private or closed-course environments. Route, hazard and weather information can be incomplete or out of date; obey signs, access restrictions and actual conditions. Never trespass or take a dangerous action because the app suggests it.
Your content and permission to operate it
You retain rights you hold in your uploaded content. You give REVMAPPED a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, process, display and deliver it only as needed to provide the features you select, moderate misuse, resolve support matters and comply with law. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to sell your private rides or use private content in advertising. Sharing gives the chosen audience access and may allow copying beyond our control. Only upload material you have the right to use, and respect other people’s privacy.
Acceptable use and moderation
Do not use REVMAPPED for public-road racing, dangerous challenges, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal content, fraud, spam or non-consensual tracking. Do not publish private locations, contact information or identifiable images without a proper basis. Do not impersonate others, falsify assistance requests or probe systems without authorisation. We may remove or restrict content/access proportionately to address a breach, safety risk or legal duty. Where appropriate and legally permitted we will explain the action and allow you to contact support to challenge a mistake. Read /community-rules.
Licence and intellectual property
We allow you a personal, limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for its intended lawful purpose, subject to these terms and applicable store conditions. REVMAPPED branding, software and third-party material remain with their respective owners. Do not resell access, copy protected branding, interfere with the service or circumvent security. Nothing prevents interoperability, security research or other acts to the extent applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
Third-party services and availability
Some features depend on phone permissions, internet, maps, weather, messaging, app stores or other third parties. Their independent terms may apply to your use of their services. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations and do not use third-party involvement to exclude them. A push notification or a provider’s acceptance of an email is not proof that a person received or acted on it.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by your breach or events outside our reasonable control where we have taken reasonable steps to avoid or limit their effects. The service is provided for personal use; we do not accept responsibility for business losses such as lost business profits or opportunities from that personal use. These limits do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket use-at-your-own-risk waiver or zero-value liability cap applies.
Leaving, complaints and changes
You can stop using the app, log out or request account deletion using /delete-account. This does not erase copies held by other people or make a future subscription cancellation unnecessary. Contact support@revmapped.com with a complaint and enough detail to investigate, avoiding unnecessary sensitive information. We will notify material changes to these terms appropriately; changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or justify unrelated use of your data. If a change needs your agreement, we will seek it.
Governing law and consumer protections
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections of the country where they habitually live. You may bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules, including your home courts where those rules allow. We do not require mandatory arbitration or prevent you contacting a regulator. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent lawful.
