Open Pocket Dyno to analyse the recorded rides on your phone. Choose a measurement and filter by motorcycle. Completed qualifying runs are ranked by time and retain their ride context, GPS accuracy, estimated gradient and confidence.
Launch, rolling acceleration and braking
Standing-start tests include 0–30, 0–60 and 0–100 mph. Rolling tests cover 30–70, 40–100 and 60–100 mph. A 60–0 mph test measures braking, and standing-start distance tests cover an eighth and a quarter mile.
What makes a run qualify?
Samples must have reported GPS accuracy within 15 metres and uninterrupted vehicle motion, with stationary samples allowed near launch. A gap longer than two seconds, invalid data or an incomplete threshold crossing prevents a complete result. No result is better than a misleading time.
How timing works
Threshold crossings are interpolated between recorded samples. Launch accepts a stationary fix within 0.5 m/s; braking completion uses 0.2 m/s because GPS rarely reports exactly zero. Distance is calculated from GPS positions. Reported accuracy within 8 metres receives Good confidence; qualifying runs above that receive Fair.

Phone GPS timing is affected by sampling, signal, elevation and conditions. This is not a rolling-road dynamometer and does not measure horsepower or torque. Performance testing is intended only for suitable, legal private or closed-course environments.

A few things worth knowing
Why is there no run for my ride?
The ride may not cross the selected thresholds, may have incomplete data, or may fail motion and GPS quality checks. Pocket Dyno does not invent a result for an invalid run.
Does Pocket Dyno measure horsepower?
No. It estimates elapsed time and distance from recorded telemetry, with GPS quality and gradient context.
Is Pocket Dyno included with Free?
Pocket Dyno is a Pro capability. Founders Lifetime has the same feature entitlement as Pro.
