Status
This is the existing pre-release policy structure, not a completed launch privacy notice. Controller identity, retention, lawful bases, processors, transfers and contact details must be finalised before public app launch.
Data and purpose
Accounts, motorcycles, routes, telemetry, maintenance, fuel and optional community activity support the app. High-frequency sensor processing stays on the phone where practical.
Location protection
Rides begin private. Share exports mask start and finish areas. Emergency alerts intentionally retain precise last-known location for the chosen emergency contact.
Browser preview
The separate interactive browser preview stores demo data on your device. Do not enter sensitive data. Use its Profile controls to export or clear local data.
Beta privacy contact
For privacy or deletion requests, contact privacy@revmapped.com. Optional cloud sync uploads private route telemetry. Private photo uploads use resized copies with embedded metadata removed. Expired live locations and assistance coordinates are cleared by scheduled maintenance. Unreferenced uploads are eligible for cleanup after seven days. Saved ride history is retained until you delete it. The legal operator identity still needs confirmation before external beta distribution.
