Contact support@revmapped.com from your account email. Include your app version, Android or iOS version and what happened. Never send passwords, verification codes or precise ride locations.
Recording checks
Set up while stationary. Allow precise and background location, check battery restrictions and securely mount the phone. Offline recording saves locally; cloud services require connectivity.
Interrupted rides
Reopen the app and use interrupted-ride recovery. Do not uninstall or clear local data before recovering or exporting a ride. Missing GPS and motion sensors can reduce telemetry quality.
Report a beta problem
Open You → App diagnostics. Export privacy-safe diagnostics, or deliberately send an error-code report. The report excludes route coordinates and account details; it includes app version, platform and recognised error codes. Native crash reports depend on your store and device diagnostic settings.
Store beta availability
The invite-only beta is running through Google Play closed testing and Apple TestFlight. Approved testers should use their existing invitation and store updates. Public downloads are not open yet; direct APK downloads are no longer available.
