Delete inside the app
Sign in to the account you want to delete. Finish any active ride or pending sync, then open Settings → Privacy & data → Delete cloud account and cloud data and read the confirmation. Export anything you wish to keep first. This is separate from Log out.
Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@revmapped.com from the email associated with your account, with the subject REVMAPPED account deletion. If you cannot access that email, explain the problem; we will use proportionate identity checks. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary precise ride locations. Cloud and local copies are different
Cloud deletion removes the account and associated data covered by that deletion process, including owned cloud rides and private media. Some limited records may need to remain for a specific legal, security or allocation reason described in the privacy notice. Local copies and exports you or other recipients hold are separate. Use Delete local data in the app or your device controls to remove local copies after exporting anything required. Uninstalling alone does not request cloud account deletion, and some platform credential storage may survive uninstall.
Subscriptions and timing
The app beta is free; optional website pre-orders are separate purchases. Cancelling an account does not automatically request a refund for an order. If a paid store subscription is introduced later, cancelling it through the store and deleting your REVMAPPED account will be distinct actions and will be explained before purchase. We respond to privacy requests within the applicable legal timeframe, normally one month, and explain any lawful extension or retained exceptions. Restricted backups and provider records may expire separately from active data. A deleted Founder allocation is not automatically made available for resale; applicable purchase and consumer rights still apply.
