Respect people and their privacy
Use the service only if you are 18 or over. No threats, harassment, hate, abuse, sexual exploitation or illegal content. Do not reveal another person’s private location, identity or contact details without a proper basis. Do not use connections, group tracking or invitations to monitor someone without their knowledge.
Keep riding lawful
No public-road racing, dangerous challenges, instructions to evade road restrictions or encouragement of unsafe riding. Do not handle the app while riding. Performance tools are for review and suitable lawful closed-course use, not public-road competition.
Post honestly
Only share content you have the right to use. Do not impersonate people, fabricate rides or reviews to mislead others, send spam, promote scams, manipulate allocations or abuse reporting. Assistance and hazard reports must be made in good faith; do not publish unnecessary personal details or treat reports as verified emergency information.
Report, block and appeal
Use available report/block controls or contact support@revmapped.com with the relevant content identifier and reason. Avoid copying unnecessary private coordinates into a report. We may review, restrict or remove content and proportionately limit accounts to protect users or meet legal duties. Where appropriate and permitted we will explain an action and review a challenge sent to support. We cannot guarantee that all harmful content will be detected immediately. Contact police or emergency services directly for an immediate threat.
Feedback is not permission for marketing
You may tell us about defects or ideas without giving up ownership of your original content. We may use feedback to improve the service, but will obtain appropriate permission before publishing a personal testimonial or private submission. Questionnaire access and consent choices remain separate from public posting.
